CELEBRATE AMERICA
F.O.R.has been asked to participate
in Brazoria's CELEBRATE AMERICA. The
theme this year is VOLUNTEERISM and
it is a great honor that Pastor Dale
Frankum and the Celebrate America
committee wants to recognize F.O.R.
Volunteers. Everyone who wants to
participate please come to the field
between Brazoria Barrow Elementary
School and 1st Baptist Church
(across the street from Stewarts
Grocery) Saturday, June 28th at 7:30
PM. The program starts at 8:00 PM,
but it will take a few minutes to
round us up. Please meet at the left
side of the stage (closest to the
church) and wear a F.O.R. T-shirt,
preferably a red or blue parade
shirt, but logo or clean team would
work, too.
There is a rehearsal Friday night @
8 o'clock. Pat Webb has offered to
attend and get the rest of the
scoop. Feel free to join him. We
need as many Friends Of the River as
possible and hope you'll come join
the fun and fireworks!
