F.O.R. San Bernard
Members of the Month
Brenda and Mickey Goolsby

Mickey and I have been married for 37 years, Mickey has lived in Brazoria all of his life and I am from Clute.  We have two grown children and three grandchildren.  I am retired from the Texas State Department of Criminal Justice, and Mickey has been in business for himself since 1988, he owns and operates Local Industrial Contractors, L.L.C. (field service) and L.I.C. Services (shop services), where I also now work.

We have lived on the river for 14 years, and once you come across the bridge all of your worries seem to be left behind.  I love the river, the peace, beauty, the people, and the hospitality.....we hope the mouth of the river will be completed soon for all to enjoy......we get involved in the parades on the river as much as possible as well as sponsor activities, and we look forward every month to the F.O.R. Breakfast on the Bernard, where we enjoy visiting with friends and neighbors.
