1. July 4^th boat parade and captain’s meeting: Vanessa needs (4) judges & someone to volunteer to take photos & run to LJ for printing. Suggest to purchase a instant photo printer.

3. Adopt a Highway 7/10 from 9-11
4. Boat Inspections at Community Center on 7/12
5. FOR Rangers "Fish Inspection" on 7/21
6. Dock Hop 8/16: suggest we go back to east vs west (Swny vs Braz)
7. Annual Board Meeting 9/6: Election Meeting Chaney needs to follow up with board members not present to determine their intention for continuing on the board.
8. Fall Clean Up 10/4
9. River Raiser 10/26: Contract w/ KC Hall signed and Ronnie Coleman has volunteered his services.
10. Heritage Foundation’s Annual Ball & fundraiser. Received call for auction item. Suggest a Progressive River Cruise on the scenic San Bernard River. Need to poll board members.
Committee Updates: Each committee is welcome to address the board and we request your meeting minutes be e-mailed to all board members. This is an effort to keep the communication lines open between the board and all committees.

Tierra Grande home owner association (Bob Rice) requested presentation: Tom agreed to take action item & will report to board in Q2’08.
Roll-off of board members
Mailing List/Newsletter: Marie agreed to solicit help from the USPS to determine river residents
Ground Fault Interrupters: Tom agreed to 1) contact Lake Hardware, Lackey, etc for incentive to purchase ground fault interrupters, 2) write a web post & 3) help with an upcoming water /H2O electricity safety course as part of the Community Center Educational/Publicity Outreach

Protocol for F.O.R. Representatives at Public Meetings is needed: Reviewing my notes, I don’t see that a specific person was assigned. Maybe we agreed that this should be an understanding between the President, Board and committee heads. (please provide any details you have)
Organization (activity) chart: Bruce & Nancy
Nancy agreed to ask attorney, Lynn Klement if we needed to add a bylaw to direct us to meeting minutes that provide additional rules & clarification of the corporation’s governance.
Hwy 35 Boat Ramp Meeting – Need to touch base w/ Mary Ruth to schedule meeting w/ Tx DOT
Mgmt review of Community Center’s lease agreement
HGAC held a water protection council. Update from Jan.
