FOR plans to open community center Friday
Friends of the River San Bernard will host a housewarming for its new Community Center, located at 20450 C.R. 510B, (the old Holiday Shores Community Center) with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, November 9 at 3:30 p.m. The open house will be from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. to accommodate as many people as possible.
The Community Center includes the building, a 1.2-acre park, parking lot, playground, outdoor benches and picnic tables, and a dock.
In addition to being used for FOR functions, the center can also be rented for business meetings and corporate affairs, weddings and rehearsal dinners, showers, family reunions, retirement and anniversary celebrations and other community functions.
